RETURNS POLICY 

First, if you have need to consider a refund or a return, you likely ordered a product from us. That means we owe you a "thank you!" We want to do our very best to deliver you a product that you and your children can enjoy.
That said, here are some things you might want to know:

• You may cancel an order any time prior to shipment.

• If you discover a printing error in any of the books (including faulty stapling, poorly cut stickers
  or fuzzy print quality), we will be happy to replace the book at no cost
  .  

• We can only accept returns of unused materials within 30 days of purchase. Used or damaged materials cannot be returned. Shipping costs are not refunded.
